Jets won't name QB until after bye week

The Jets don’t have a game this week, so Jets coach Todd Bowles won’t be making a quarterback decision this week.

Bowles told reporters Monday that he won’t be deciding which quarterback he’ll start Nov. 27 until at least next Monday, and he offered no hints as to which way he might be leaning.

Fantasy Impact:

Second-year man Bryce Petty made his first career start Sunday against the Rams because Ryan Fitzpatrick wasn’t fully healthy after suffering a knee injury. Bowles made clear that the decision will come down to Petty or Fitzpatrick and that rookie Christian Hackenberg “is not in the top two” right now.
