Jets rookie running back Shonn Greene, who missed Saturday's preseason game against the Giants due to cartilage damage in his ribs, looked fine in the 40-minute portion of practice open to the media Monday morning. Greene was injured during the Monday night loss in Baltimore in the second preseason game. Two weeks ago, Ryan said that Greene would miss the remainder of the preseason due to the rib injury. Monday afternoon after practice, the coach left the door open for Greene to get some playing time.
"We'll see," Ryan said. "I thought for sure that he was out, and I watched him out there today and he looks pretty good."
