Jaguars RB Leonard Fournette (quad) to miss Week 15

Jaguars RB Leonard Fournette will not play against Houston on Sunday, a league source told ESPN's Chris Mortensen. Fournette did not practice all week because of a quad injury. He also is still dealing with an ankle injury.

Related players: Chris Ivory, T.J. Yeldon

Fantasy Impact:

In the two games that Fournette missed earlier in the year, Chris Ivory saw 40 touches (37 rush, 3 rec) for 151 yards and a touchdown while T.J. Yeldon turned 24 touches (20 rush, 4 rec) into 189 yards, including a 58-yard touchdown run. Even after Yeldon had the long run against the Colts, Ivory still out-touched Yeldon 23 to 13 in the following game. Since Week 10, with Fournette back, Yeldon has 27 touches (13 rush, 14 rec) for 59 yards while Ivory has 20 touches (18 rush, 2 rec) for 59 total yards. We would expect a committee against the Texans with Ivory in the lead role. Yeldon should serve in a significant change-of-pace/third-down role. Rankings will be updated shortly.
