Cowboys have no plans to fire Jason Garrett

CBS Sports - [Full Article]

By any measure, the Cowboys' season was a huge disappointment. Mercifully, it's over, and despite the 4-12 record, owner Jerry Jones has every intention of keeping Jason Garrett as coach.

"Let me be real clear: There's no thought of replacing Jason. At all," Jones said, via "I only say that to get ahead of anything that might be said about me addressing coaching. Jason is the ultimate decision-maker regarding the staff. And so that remains for us to sit down and really evaluate the staff."

Fantasy Impact:

Injuries to Tony Romo and Dez Bryant hurt the Cowboys chances this season. If both can stay healthy next year, Bryant would likely be another WR1 type of receiver in fantasy drafts while Romo would be among a group of QBs to target in later rounds.
