Christine Michael traded to Dallas

The Cowboys made it known that they would add another running back if the right deal presented itself.

They made a deal Sunday, trading a conditional draft pick to Seattle in exchange for 2013 second-round pick Christine Michael, according to a source.

Fantasy Impact:

Michael has 52 career carries for 254 yards (4.9 YPC). He has an impressive set of measurables, but was never able to beat out Robert Turbin to become the primary backup to Marshawn Lynch. He joins a Dallas backfield that is currently led by Joseph Randle and Darren McFadden. If Michael is going to win the job, it’s probably going to take some time, so owners shouldn’t cut anyone of consequence for him. He’s worth a cheap add as a speculative play, especially for owners with issues at running back. In drafts, we’d expect his ADP to fall in the 11th/12th-round range, though that may be on the conservative side.
