Chiefs RB Jamaal Charles (knee, out) missed practice Friday after taking limited reps Thursday and is out for Week 8. With Charles out, Spencer Ware is a great play against the Colts. Charcandrick West is even an interesting spot start since he’ll get the change-of-pace touches in the Kansas City backfield.
