Cardinals RB David Johnson passes concussion test

After being evaluated for a concussion in the locker room just before the final drive started, Arizona Cardinals running back David Johnson returned to the game with about 1:24 remaining.

He was displaying concussion-like symptoms as the Cardinals attempted to come back from a 15-10 deficit againt the San Francisco 49ers.

Fantasy Impact: 

Prior to the injury, Johnson had 16 carries for 59 yards and three receptions for 42 yards. Johnson and the Cards have a bye this coming week before returning to play the Chiefs in Week 10.
