Colts WR T.Y. Hilton was a full practice participant on Wednesday and is officially listed as questionable for Thursday against the Texans.
It’s important to note the practice was a walkthrough, but an encouraging sign nonetheless. Hilton was getting close last week, so it’s fair to believe he will be on the field for what is an important game in the AFC South between the two co-leaders in Indianapolis. Double-check the inactives Thursday night to be sure.
The knee injury for Juju Smith-Schuster is not considered to be serious for the long term, but he is not expected to play Sunday against the Bengals.
Fowler notes there is too much to overcome between his knee injury and being in the concussion protocol. With Diontae Johnson also a question mark for Sunday, James Washington and Johnny Holton will see the most opportunities from Mason Rudolph. It’s not the end of the world, but certainly the dropoff will be noticeable in the offense. Steelers will be limping into Cincinnati looking to get back to a winning record.
Raanan notes it "would be an upset" if Engram actually plays Sunday against the Bears. This would be the third straight game Engram would miss. Rhett Ellison is also not practicing Wednesday, leaving Scott Simonson and Kaden Smith as the lone available tight ends for the Giants. This is just another string in the Giants' list of disappointments and injuries in 2019.
