Kittle is clearly a good bit away from recovering with him already being ruled out Wednesday. The 49ers offense was certainly not as effective, as expected, against the Seahawks on Monday night and at least played a part in then suffering their first loss of the season. The 49ers really need players like Dante Pettis and Deebo Samuel to step up win Kittle out and Emmanuel Sanders suffering an injury Monday as well.
Colts QB Jacoby Brissett is expected to return as the starting quarterback in Week 11 against the Jaguars after missing Week 10 with a knee injury.
Brissett nearly returned last week but the Colts wanted to give him a little bit more time to recover. He should be all systems go for a key AFC South game and an important game in the wild card picture. The offense, as expected, took a step back with Brian Hoyer as the starter, as the Colts mustered just 12 points at home against the Dolphins.
This was Fuller’s first participation in practice since suffering the injury in Week 7. It’s still early in the week but seeing Fuller on the practice field is a very good sign. We’ll keep an eye on Fuller throughout the week. Fuller has 34 catches for 450 yards and three touchdowns this season.
