Stevie Johnson had a 116-yard receiving day in a losing effort Sunday. Nicked up all season long with groin and shoulder issues since the year began, Johnson now may have another nagging issue.
Johnson was asked by the Bills Radio Network about his right hand, which he kept flexing and making a fist with during postgame interviews. Here’s what Johnson divulged about it.
“I don’t know what happened,” he said. ”I don’t know if it was dislocated or anything, but every time I make a fist there’s something with like a nerve or something. But we’ll see what it is. I don’t know.”
A hand injury is not good news for a WR, but Johnson did finish yesterday's game with nice numbers. We'll keep you monitored on his progress but at this point it's best to have a backup plan in case he can't go. The Bills take on the Dolphins in a 1 p.m. game next weekend.
