Texans RB Arian Foster is coming off surgery for a herniated disc. "I can tell you the surgery wasn't as major as it sounded," said Foster. "That's why I rebounded so quickly. I also worked my ass off. I'm expecting to do bigger things and bounce back."
Will turn 28 before the season so he's just past the prime of a RB, which is typically at age 27. Foster's value heading into 2014 is a bit up in the air since there's a new regime in Houston. He figures to be the team's bellcow, but a new offense and his injury history will have fantasy owners a bit wary heading into draft season.
