After nearly 11 months of waiting, Kenny Phillips has been cleared to go.
The injured Giants safety, who has been out of action since last September, is scheduled to return to practice on a "limited" basis Monday afternoon. He will be held to just one limited practice per day as he continues to recover from microfracture surgery on his left knee and he probably won't do much as Tom Coughlin said "we just kind of ease him into it."
"I don't care if it's only one play," Phillips said. "At least I get to get out on the field."
