IDP Matchups & Sleepers: Week 11

Each week, I'm going to go through our IDP rankings and look at some of the top matchups and sleeper picks for the week at each position. My IDP brother-in-arms, Ross Miles, will have your IDP waiver wire covered. If you have specific questions pertaining to your lineup, you can always refer to the ranks or hit me up on Twitter @Mike_Woellert.

Now, let's see what Week 11 has in store for us.

Linebacker

Todd Davis, ILB, Denver Broncos vs. Minnesota Vikings

Davis is going to be busy this week against Dalvin Cook and the Vikings. Davis has been a consistent tackler producing a 2:1 solo-to-assist ratio and an 11.7% tackle rate - resulting in 53 total tackles. Davis comes out of the bye week with a solid matchup this week. The Vikings offense is allowing 12 tackles per game to opposing ILBs this season.

Jarrad Davis, ILB, Detroit Lions vs. Dallas Cowboys

Another Davis, this time Jarrad goes against Ezekiel Elliot and the Cowboys. Davis has had a bit of a disappointing season, mostly due to an injury he suffered at the beginning of the season. I do like the matchup for him this week and he is coming off an eight tackle game last week. Opposing MLBs are recording 10 tackles per game against the Cowboys. Davis has LB2 upside this week.

Deion Jones, ILB, Atlanta Falcons vs. Carolina Panthers

This will be Deion's first go-around against the Panthers. Jones is shaping up to be the top-scoring LB this week against Christian McCaffery. Jones is going to be busy tracking him in the run and as a pass-catcher out of the backfield. Jones will have the chance to increase his 11.7% tackle rate against a Panther offense allowing 17 tackles per game to the MLB position this season.

T.J. Watt, OLB, Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Cleveland Browns

It's rare an OLB makes it in these here parts, but it's hard to ignore the matchup against a struggling offensive line. In four career games, Watt has recorded seven sacks and 32 tackles. Watt is generating a 14.9% pressure rate and will face a Browns offensive line that's giving up nearly 1.5 sacks per game to opposing OLBs.

Sleeper

Dre Greenlaw, ILB, San Francisco 49ers vs. Arizona Cardinals

Greenlaw made his debut as a full-time starter in Week 10 and turned in a solid performance. He'll definitely be worth grabbing from your waiver this week if you're looking for a bye-week filler. He recorded eight tackles and an INT against the Seahawks and has a solid matchup with the Cardinals. Opposing OLBs are averaging 11 tackles and 1.5 sacks per game.
