Primetime DFS Slate Breakdown: Week 15 - Saturday Edition
We are fortunate enough to get a two-game Saturday slate in Week 15. However, both games have an over/under below 45 points and only one of the four teams have an implied team total over 24 points. With that being said, roster construction looks relatively straightforward which means we can leverage the field and be underweight on some chalk players.
Not only is Sam Darnold ($6,800 FD/$4,600 DK) playing in the game with the lowest over/under, which currently sits at 42 points, but he is a six-point home dog and has an implied team total of just 17.5 points. Darnold has yet to exceed 20 DraftKings points this season and with the Texans ranked 11th in sacks and fifth in takeaways, I don't expect him to get there in this matchup either. Quincy Enunwa ($4,900 FD/$3,800 DK) is averaging the most snaps out of the Jets wideouts and has the largest market share of targets, sitting at 20 percent. Robby Anderson ($6,000 FD/$4,200 DK) is perhaps my favorite WR to target in this offense. Over the last five weeks, he has no fewer than five targets in a game and is averaging 6.5 per game in that span. He also leads the team with a 30 percent market share of air yards and has an extremely healthy 17.2 average depth of target (aDOT). Chris Herndon ($5,700 FD/$3,000 DK) draws an excellent matchup with Houston ranking 26th in schedule-adjusted fantasy points allowed (aFPA) to tight ends. He (and everyone else on this team) lacks big touchdown equity, but he has seen games of five-plus targets in three of the last eight and with Darnold looking to get the ball out quick, Herndon could be in for a double-digit target game. Jermaine Kearse ($4,700 FD/$3,600 DK) has seen his fair share of targets over the past five weeks but has recorded just 50 or more yards once in that five-game span.
