Last week, the Seattle defense finished with 16 fantasy points and were the DEF4 in most scoring formats. Through 13 weeks, our streaming targets are averaging 9.2 fantasy points per game.

This week, you will want to continue targeting defenses with home matchups who are favorited and facing teams with low implied team totals. We also want to target offenses with a below-average or rookie QB.

Generally, defenses have to be available on the waiver wire in at least 40 percent of Yahoo fantasy leagues to be eligible as a streaming option. This ensures we are talking about defenses that are readily available. Week 14 is in our sights, and hopefully playoff berths, so let's see who we're targeting this week:

Top Streaming Targets

Tennessee Titans vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

I'm going back to the well this week with the Titans, as the Jaguars make the trip to the Music City for a matchup with the Titans.

Jurrell Casey has been the stuffer up front. He's been one of the better run stoppers in the NFL and will rush the passer, so he should be able to take advantage of Jacksonville's offensive line. He's producing a near 10 percent QB pressure rate and has converted 16 percent of his pressures into sacks.

Although he hasn't produced a sack since Week 9, Harold Landry continues to give opposing offensive lines and QBs fits, generating a near 12 percent pressure rate over the last five weeks. Brian Orakpo has sacks in two of his last four, so he's always a threat to get to the QB.

Adoree Jackson has a chance to snap his streak of eight games without an INT against Cody Kessler. Kevin Byard is also a threat to pick one off.

In five road games, the Jaguars are allowing 27.6 points per game and the Titans are early six-point favorites. The Jaguars are getting Leonard Fournette back, but the Jags are allowing sacks and turning the ball over, resulting in a -11 turnover ratio. Jacksonville is ranked 28th in aFPA to the defensive position.

Buffalo Bills vs. New York Jets
