Player Position Team Injury Timetable For Recovery Potential Pickup Comments
Antonio Brown WR Steelers Strained Calf OUT FOR WEEk 16, 2-4 Weeks Juju Smith-Schuster Brown took a direct shot to the lower leg in Sunday's loss to the Patriots and had to be helped off the field. His condition was signficant enough that he had to be taken to the hospital to rule out any other potential conditions. He's already been ruled out for the rest of the regular season, which means those who make it to the championship game will be without him. It's a tough break for AB owners, but be sure to check our waiver wire column to see who you could potentially pick up to replace him.
Keenan Allen WR Chargers Low Back Injury EXPECTED TO PLAY Tyrell Williams Allen wasn't listed on the injury report after being carted off in Week 15. He should be good to go for Week 16 without much issue.
Lesean McCoy RB Bills Sprained Knee EXPECTED TO PLAY Mike Tolbert McCoy missed practice on Friday after being limited on Thursday. It's unclear as to how limited he'll be, but I can't see him missing Sunday's game against the Patriots in a must win game for the Bills.
Chris Hogan WR Patriots Sprained Shoulder GAME TIME DECISION Danny Amendola, Kenny Britt Hogan is listed questionable after getting in limited practices in all week. Hogan seemed to have suffered a setback and was an inactive for Week 15. It will be hard to trust Hogan even if he is active as we just don't know how well his shoulder will hold up.
Rex Burkhead RB Patriots Sprained Knee OUT FOR WEEK 16, 2-4 Weeks Dion Lewis, James White Initial reports are that Burkhead avoided any significant knee damage after leaving Sunday's game against the Steelers. However, it sounds like he's dealing with an MCL sprain that could sideline him for a few weeks. He'll miss the championship round Week 16 so you'll need to find a replacement for his production.
Marqise Lee WR Jaguars High Ankle Sprain OUT FOR WEEk 16, 2-4 Weeks Dede Westbrook, Keelan Cole Lee got rolled up on and looks to have suffered a high ankle sprain, which will require a lengthier absence. He'll be out at least the rest of the regular season if not longer depending on the severity.
Jeremy Maclin WR Ravens Sprained Knee DOUBTFUL FOR WEEK 16, 1-3 Weeks Chris Moore Maclin has not practiced all week after suffering a sprained knee in Week 15. Mike Wallce and Chris Moore should see more targets in Maclin's absence.
Davante Adams WR Packers Concussion NOT EXPECTED TO PLAY, 1-2 Weeks Geronimo Allison With the Packers eliminated from the playoffs, the Packers won't risk putting Adams back on the field after his 2nd concussion this year.
Austin Ekeler RB Chargers Broken Hand EXPECTED TO PLAY WEEK 16 Brandon Oliver Ekeler originally was supposed to miss the remainder of the season due to a broken hand, but was able to practice in full Friday which puts him in line to play Sunday.
Cameron Brate TE Buccaneers Hip/Knee Injuries QUESTIONABLE FOR WEEk 16 Alan Cross Brate has been limited all week and will likely be a game time decision. The Bucs are out of the playoff hunt, but it seems more likely that Brate plays at this point.

Wondering when a player is going to return from either an injury or a suspension? See below for our On The Radar section, which goes over players that are recovering from an injury sustained in previous weeks and what their timetables are for returning to the field.

On The Radar

Player Position Team Injury Timetable For Recovery Potential Pickup Comments
Leonard Fournette RB Jaguars Quad Contusion EXPECTED TO PLAY WEEK 16 Chris Ivory Fournette has practiced in full all week and should be a green light in Week 16. I would use him as you normally would for championship week.
Ted Ginn WR Saints Rib Injury EXPECTED TO PLAY WEEK 16 Brandon Coleman Ginn was not listed on the final injury report after getting a full practice in on Friday and is expected to play.
Emmanuel Sanders WR Broncos Sprained Ankle QUESTIONABLE FOR WEEK 16 Cody Lattimer Sanders has been dealing with ankle issues for the majority of the season and it seems like even if he does play, the likelihood of him being effective is in question. Throw in the fact that Brock Osweiler is under center, it makes Sanders a very volatile option for championship week.
Amari Cooper WR Raiders High Ankle Sprain EXPECTED TO PLAY WEEK 16 Seth Roberts Cooper returned to practice on Friday, which again is surprising that he's on track to return just after missing one game. We've seen this happen not too long ago with Cooper and his risk for an aggravation during the game could be higher due to that tissue not being fully 100%. He's a risky play for Week 16.
Nathan Peterman QB Bills Concussion EXPECTED TO BE AVAILABLE FOR WEEK 16 Tyrod Taylor Peterman was cleared from the concussion protocol and will return to backup duties.
Joe Mixon RB Bengals Conccussion EXPECTED TO PLAY WEEK 16 Giovani Bernard Mixon was a full participant in practice all week and has been cleared through the league's concussion protocol. The Bengals don't really look motivated to perform much the rest of the season so it'll be interesting how much work Mixon will get.
John Brown WR Cardinals Sprained Toe QUESTIONABLE FOR WEEK 16 Jaron Brown Brown was limited all week and is questionable for Week 16. He'll likely be a game time decision, but it looks like this week he's got a better chance to play than previos weeks.
Damien Williams RB Dolphins Dislocated Shoulder DOUBTFUL FOR WEEK 16, Week to Week Senorise Perry Williams got in limited practices all week but still is not ready to return to game action. Kenyon Drake will continue to see the majority of the workload for the Dolphins.
Ezekiel Elliott RB Cowboys Suspension Eligible to Return Week 16 Rod Smith, Alfred Morris Elliott is eligible to return from suspension in Week 16. It'll be a welcomed addition for those who have held onto Elliott in hopes to use him for the championship round.
