Ultimately, this piece will provide objective analysis to help guide you through the process of finding safe choices for cash games and high-leverage choices for GPPs.

Chalk

Tom Brady projects to be our highest-owned quarterback of the week. Given that he’s one of the highest-priced quarterbacks on both sites, it may keep his ownership from being too high that there is a considerable risk in fading him. Quarterback scoring is usually condensed closer to each other and so is their ownership. That said, it’s usually a good idea to get some exposure to Brady in tournaments if you’re fading him in cash game this week.

  • All signs point to the game against the Raiders being a smash spot for Tom Brady ($8,600/$7,400). The Raiders rank 28th in quarterback aFPA and the Patriots’ implied team total has increased 2.5 points since the line opened. It went from 27.75 to 30.25. You’ll need to pay top dollar for Brady, but that’s not hard to do in a week where there aren’t any studs we “need” to pay up for. Brady has one of the best floors and ceilings among quarterbacks on a weekly basis. Over his last eight games, he’s scored at least 17 DraftKings points in every game, including 20.5 or more in three of his last six games.
