Week 4 Essential NFL Practice News & Notes for Wednesday

Redskins QB Robert Griffin III (ankle, out) was ruled out for Week 4. Kirk Cousins will once again be a Sneaky Start in a good matchup against the Giants.

Titans QB Jake Locker (right wrist) did not practice Wednesday. Locker has a very sore wrist which doesn’t bode well for his Week 4 availability. Charlie Whitehurst would likely trade his clipboard for a football if Locker can’t go.

Bills QB E.J. Manuel (abdomen) practiced fully Wednesday. Manuel should be fine to face the Texans in Week 4.

Buccaneers QB Josh McCown (right thumb) did not practice Wednesday. Mike Glennon is very likely to start against the Steelers in Week 4.

Cowboys QB Tony Romo (back) did not practice Wednesday. The Cowboys are just managing Romo’s back.
