FanDuel Week 2 Freeroll Contest: Looking for value

Our Week 1 freeroll at FanDuel was so popular that they've decided to send our very own Josh Moore back into the lion's den in Week 2 with another $500 4for4 freeroll at FanDuel. He finished 627th out of 717 entries and the 626 of you that beat him got a cool $5 for your efforts, not to mention the $500 in prizes that was handed out to the top scorers. It's the same deal this week -- beat Josh Moore and you win $5. For his part, Moore is determined to finish in the Top 500 this week.

In honor of our second freeroll with FanDuel, we're debuting a new tool that will help our subscribers dominate their matchups by identifying the players that represent the best value in any given week. The lower the $/Point, the better. Let's look at the Top 5 at each position.

QBs

1. Rex Grossman ($368)
2. Matthew Stafford ($407)
3. Chad Henne ($414)
4. Kerry Collins ($419)
5. Michael Vick ($419)
On the heels of a fine performance against the Giants, Rex Grossman comes in as our #1 value QB in Week 2. At just $6500, owners can probably count on 200+ yards and a TD or two. The only high dollar guy in the Top 5 is Vick, who is probably worth the money.

RBs

1. Willis McGahee ($424)
2. Tim Hightower ($432)
3. Jahvid Best ($450)
4. Adrian Peterson ($456)
5. Reggie Bush ($457)
We don't think Willis McGahee will tear it up against a Bengals defense that limited Peyton Hillis in Week 1, but with Knowshon Moreno likely out for Sunday's game, someone has to carry the ball in John Fox's run-oriented attack and McGahee is capable of 20+ carries. Tim Hightower, Jahvid Best and Reggie Bush also look like quality low-dollar options at RB.

WRs

1. Vincent Jackson ($443)
2. Larry Fitzgerald ($465)
3. Calvin Johnson ($481)
4. Andre Johnson ($483)
5. Santana Moss ($487)
Here's a mix of studs (Fitzy, Calvin, AJ) and mid-range guys (V-Jax, Moss). Jackson seemed like a bargain last week but was only targeted three times against the Vikings. Look for Jackson to be more involved in what should be a high scoring game in Foxborough. Santana Moss promises to have a big day against a Cardinals defense that got torched by Cam Newton and the Panthers.

TEs

1. Jason Witten ($505)
2. Jimmy Graham ($520)
3. Owen Daniels ($524)
4. Rob Gronkowski ($544)
5. Greg Olsen ($550)
Jason Witten is the only high-dollar ($7100) guy in the Top 5, while the other four TEs check in at $5700 or less. Witten seems like a great play with Dez Bryant hobbled for the Cowboys, but you really can't go wrong with any of these tight ends.
