Additional Premium Service Terms
Within twenty-four (24) hours, all Premium Service orders will be confirmed via e-mail. Most orders are typically confirmed in less than two (2) minutes. A confirmation message will be sent directly to the e-mail address supplied via the Premium Service order form. Cancellations will only be permitted if you contact 4for4.com via e-mail within one day of placing your order. Pieracle Inc. reserves the right to apply a $15.00 service charge to all cancelled orders. After one day, no refunds of any kind will be allowed. The Premium Service Web Site is intended for your personal enjoyment. Purchasing a seasonal year 4for4.com Premium Service Membership entitles you to a single valid Member ID and Password. Upon purchase and compliance with Terms herein, your Member ID and Password will remain valid the entire NFL season including the Super Bowl.  A single Premium Service Membership entitles you (one individual person) access to the 4for4.com Premium Service area, for personal use, via one or more workstations. A single Premium Service Member may not access the Premium Service area from more than one workstation at a time. A single Premium Service Membership does not allow multiple people simultaneous or non-simultaneous access to the Premium Service area. Sharing a Premium Service Member ID and Password is a violation of the Premium Service Terms.

All rights to the 4for4.com Premium Service area not expressly stated or granted in the Terms herein are reserved to Pieracle Inc.

Membership to the 4for4.com Premium Service area does not authorize you to use Pieracle Inc.'s name or any of it's associated documentation, trade secrets, products or trademarks in the public domain.

No part of the 4for4.com Premium Service area may be reproduced, transmitted or posted in any form or by any means, electronic or otherwise, including photocopying, recording, messaging, or storing in a retrieval system, or translated into any form without the express written permission of Pieracle Inc.

Pieracle Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion to change the terms of this agreement and will notify users of any such changes via online posting.
