Dan Orlovsky vs. Jacksonville
Orlovsky had a pretty good game, but his standards, last week in a surprising victory over the Houston Texans. He finished with 244 yards and the game winning touchdown pass to Reggie Wayne. Orlovsky may not be making a name for himself as an eventual starter, but he has recently looked like an adequate backup, for whatever that’s worth.
Against the Jaguars this week, Orlovsky will likely struggle. The Colts offense has been terrible all season, and the Jags boast the league’s seventh best pass defense, although depleted of late. If you’ve been counting on Orlovsky up to this point, it’s likely that you’re not playing for anything this week. Needless to say, keep him on the waiver wire.
