Parker and Ward
Bill Cowher confirmed today what I had been telling you, that Willie Parker
will be the team's short-yardage back to start the season - at least until he proves he can't do it.
That makes Parker a very solid No. 2 fantasy back - in my opinion.
He'll have an opportunity to score eight to 10 TDs.
Also, if you noticed, the Steelers opened against Minnesota in a no-huddle. That's something they'll use as well this season at times, thus improving Roethlisberger's numbers.
Of note, however, is that Hines Ward is still out with a hamstring and may not play at all in the preseason.
NOTE: Hines Ward told me yesterday, though, that if this were the regular season, he'd likely be playing.
