I don't think Lynch is very good, but neither is Siemian, so I don't think that affects Booker a ton. I'd use Booker.
I think if you want to sit Marshall, that's okay, but I would leave him in due to the matchup. I think ultimately, Tyrell is the one I leave out. I always get a little skittish with guys that are banged up and Tampa has looked a lot better lately on D.
