Hilton probably presents the better value of the two I would say, but I don't think Ingram for a fourth is all that horrible. But since you start three WRs, I'd think about just keeping Hilton and having three pretty good WRs for your lineup. If you wanted Ingram, you'd likely have to take him before the round you could have kept him.

If it's me, I'd probably take the chance on Ingram and give my team some balance because that's just how I like to do things. But value wise, Hilton is probably the better call if that's more important to you.
