Starters are;
1 QB
2 RBs
2 WRs
1 Flex (WR/RB/TE)
TE
K
Def

A.Brown - Forfeit 1st rd (12th pick)
D.Lewis - Forfeit 16th rd
D.Parker - Forfeit 16th rd
T.Lockett - Forfeit 16th rd
M.Floyd - Forfeit 16th rd

Initially it seems like Brown is the obvious choice BUT, if I keep Dion I could grab 2 top WRs at the 1st turn then another top WR in the 3rd then grab Woodhead in the 4th. Which would have a team that would like something like;

2 of the following; Dez/Jeffery/Green/Thomas/Robinson/Keenan

and 1 of the following; Cobb/Edelman/Hilton/Tate/Cooper/Landry

With Lewis and Woodhead at starting RB positions.

Thoughts?

What you're saying makes sense and according to our rankings, it's a nice value. My issue is it's putting a lot of trust in the NE running back situation. Lewis may be just fine and keep the role he had the first half of the season and everything will be great. But I do worry about it a little given the team's past with RB use and someone coming out of nowhere.

But I will say you're plan is a pretty good one based on our zero-RB strategy, esp. if you can get the tier of players you mentioned. So, I have no issues going about it that way and like that you have a strategy.

I will also say, if it's me, I probably just keep Brown knowing I'm still getting value giving up 1.12 for a 1.1 value. The hope would be to get a little safer RB (or maybe you can even get Lewis back) and then any of those other WRs you're talking about.

I get going for value and keeping Lewis, or even one of those other guys with a late pick. However, I think keeping Brown for the 12th pick is a good enough deal that I'd pounce on it. Brown is going to go top 1-3 in most drafts and he's been the most consistent fantasy producer the past few years. It's hard to make an argument for anyone else I think, despite the excellent value you have.

I'd go w the slam dunk in brown. Lewis Can get hurt. Be put in the NE dog house. It's a mystery w that team. Brown is a slam dunk and at 12 is a steal.
