So I have a good team that has clinched a playoff spot (playoffs are weeks 15 and 16 only). I was considering dropping Gore with the news I read yesterday that Gore is beat up. He has a crazy good playoff schedule but he also won't touch my starting lineup. 12 team non-PPR, 2 WR, 2 RB, 1 Flex.
CJ Anderson is available, so is Amendola, and of course, the other top guys David Johnson and Chandler, and anyone else in the waiver wire article yesterday.
RB: AP, Lacy, Forte, DeAngelo, Gore
WR: Megatron, Dez, Evans
TE: Gates, Gilmore
I was thinking of picking up Amendola and dropping Gore since Evans can be inconsistent and Dez might not do too well without Romo. Or I could just trade out Gore for CJ or David Johnson. Chandler would replace Gilmore, though I don't think he'll be around for the playoffs, which is what I care about. I just never know with Gates, he's been very inconsistent this year.
I also could just hang on to Gore so that other teams don't pick him up, or I could just wait until after next week when most of the non-playoff teams should be locked (4 teams make the playoffs).

Yeah, I'd probably just sit tight. I think Dez will be fine, even with Cassell, when he's not facing the Panthers D most weeks. I also like Mike Evans' schedule down the stretch. I think Gore is more valuable than the guys available to you. You could use David or C.J. in that spot instead, but I think they're all similar in value, with Gore probably the safest guy.
