I don't know draft position yet but my league has 12 teams:
1 qb
2 rb
2 wr
1 TE
1 wr/te
6 bench

10 yds per point: rushing/receiving
+5 bonus for 100+ yds
20 yds per point passing
+5 300 yds

How would you approach the first 3-5 rounds and does the bonus change anything more specifically for QB drafting?

We've been promoting going after a WR early after the first 3-4 backs are off the board, and that makes sense to me. I think with your bonuses, I might actually be a little more prone to go RB heavy, because they're going to be more consistent in getting you that bonus. Still, if the value is there at WR, then I understand wanting to load up at that position. It's a strategy I'll employ often when I'm drafting away from the crowd, and it usually works out okay. A couple of years ago, in a 12 team league, everyone went RB, and my first three picks ended up being Megatron, A.J. Green, and Demaryius Thomas. I ended up winning that year, even though my top back was Frank Gore. So as long as the value is there, you can make it work.

I would be looking the same way I usually would with your scoring system, and I'd still wait until the 5th round or so for a QB. The difference is that I would value a guy like Ryan Tannehill a little higher, someone who gets a lot of yards, but not necessarily a lot of touchdowns, and a guy like Russell Wilson a little less, since he's rarely going to get you that bonus. With the way the league is, I think you can still get a guy like Matthew Stafford and/or Tony Romo late who will get you that bonus often enough.

Awesome thank you. How about approaching rbs and wr's? Obviously I would like elite RB. But being able to start 3 wr I feel like maybe a heavier wr approach may be better?
