I have Alex Smith on my bench, and hopefully will get to pick up either Hoyer or McCown this week. I've been streaming QBs most of the year since Romo got injured and Tyrod has been my usual go to.
He hurt his shoulder this weekend, and doesn't appear to have a good or bad schedule moving into the playoffs (Tyrod Taylor)
Is it a mistake to drop Tyrod now? I'm looking to make some space this week to either pick up another RB/WR/TE.
I'd keep Taylor and drop Alex Smith instead. I think Taylor has more upside and you'll end up with decent numbers from him and/or Hoyer or whoever else you end up streaming. I'd keep Taylor, and try to get Hoyer to start this week.
