I think I'm okay with that. It looks like you can afford to lose a RB and Shepard should be a WR2/3 in most weeks as the Giants have proven they can sustain three quality WRs in the past.
I like Shepard. Seems like a fair deal. I'd maybe shop him around a little to see just in case, but overall I like the deal.
I would do that right away, especially with the RBs you have on your team you will never start Murray. Plus, he is not getting a full workload and TDs are saving his Fantasy value. Shepard seems like a legit WR3 with WR2 upside.
