Peyton Manning, Jamaal Charles, and Julian Edelman for Aaron Rodgers, Legarrette Blount, and Demaryius Thomas. I am getting the first 3. I already have these other players as my other QB/RB/WR ... I really think I am in trouble at RB if I don't make the trade because I'll be stuck with Ellington, David Johnson or Blount as my RB2.

Yeah, I think this is a decent trade for you. You should be fine at QB with Palmer and Manning and I like getting Charles. If it's PPR, I like Edelman a lot too.
