Just my two cents, I hate the trade for you. I think you're selling too low on Lacy and not getting significant upgrades. I might use the waivers for WR/QB upgrades if you need them and hold on to Lacy.

would need to see the rest of your roster. It's not a bad deal but could leave you thin at RB would be my concern. I like Robinson a little but if I'm giving up Lacy I would need a stud back and I don't think Robinson is a stud and Gordon is a big drop.
