We've got Cobb higher ROS, but it depends where they are on your roster. If you're looking at the back end and trying to get an upside guy, then I don't have a problem with keeping Hill. If this is a guy that you'll be counting on as a matchup or injury replacement, then I might go with Cobb who should be safer, but I kind of like sticking with Hill.
