My league has an unusual "keeper" league... Every year the 4th round is our "franchise" round. We can keep whomever we draft in the 4th round forever or replae them with last years 4th rounder. So two years ago I picked Gio in the 4th. Last year I picked Bishop Sankey, so this year I can choose to keep Gio , once again, or go with last years 4th round pick, Sankey... I'm keeping Gio.
So since I have Gio does it make since to target Hill since I have his handcuff already? I'm pretty sure he'll be there with the 8th pick but since I have Gio does that make Hill more valuable to me than say a Foster, CJ Anderson or Forte who are ranked slightly ahead of Hill?

I pick 8th in an 11 team league. (We use "breakdown" scoring, we play every team every week.)
3 stud RBs are already "franchised" and off the board.. (Lacy,Peterson and Charles - all taken in the 4th their rookie seasons)

I don't think so... With Gio/Hill, I think it's less of a traditional handcuff role, and more of a situation where both guys are going to get touches every game. I agree with keeping Gio, but I wouldn't prioritize Hill over anyone else of similar value because of having Gio. I might be more apt to draft a guy like CJ or Forte because then I've got points coming from two different teams instead of counting on Cincy to kill it every week.

That's an interesting keeper rule... new one on me!
