Maybe you can help me with this league. It's a standard league with TD pass = 4, TD's = 6, 1 point per 10 yards rushing/receving. My roster looks like this....

Who should I drop and pick up, or should I stay pat? I think Turbin will win the CLE job so I would drop Michael before Turbin.
I think West and Snead are my top picks and guys who can probably help you right away. You have a lot of good options on your team but not a lot of good ones I'd want to drop. Michael and Turbin are probably the top two. Order wouldn't matter to much to me. Duke is a big presence in Cleveland, enough that I'd have no issue dropping Turbin - at least how things stand now and with the depth of your team. Snead would be a nice pickup for you and maybe even a good backup to Cooks, but even a guy you can play.
There are a lot of other options, but in a 10 team league they are just stash guys - Coleman, Thompson, etc.
