Hope this isn't too detailed of a post, but I had a friend draft a team for me due to being at a wedding (poor timing). Thoughts on how I can improve this team?

Yahoo 14 Team League, .5 PPR. QB's also get 6pts per TD, .25 per completion. RB's get 3 and 5 point bonuses for 150 and 200 yard games respectively.

1 QB, 2 RBs, 2 WRs, 2 Flex (W/R/T), 1 TE, 1 K, 1 D/ST.
QB: Russel Wilson, Jameis Winston
RB: Reggie Bush, Darren Sproles, LaGarrette Blount, Toby Gerhart, James Starks.
WR: Odell Beckham Jr, Calvin Johnson, Percy Harvin, Cecil Shorts.
TE: Martellus Bennett
K: Connor Barth
D/ST: Seahawks.

As far as WR, Marvin Jones, Brandon LaFell, Kenny Britt are a sample of some of the guys on the waiver wire. Is LaFell worth a spot despite his injury?

For RB, Brandon Oliver, Chris Polk, Asiata, Chris Johnson, Terrence West, are a selection of some of the guys on the waiver wire.

Any of these waiver guys worth an add?

Also, if you could help in deciding which guys I should look to deal and which tier of position players I should be targeting that would be immensely helpful. Any general thoughts on the team would also be helpful in deciding how to move forward.

Thanks!

May have a couple of options here... you need another RB. Blount should be OK enough but the first week you may have some issues.

Sandy made a good point about QB and Wilson but I'm not sure how much value he has. People either seem to love him or not necessarily care about him in terms of fantasy. I'm under the not caring option but if you find the right owner you may be able to try to swap him for a lesser QB and some RB help. Like Sandy said, maybe the Lacy owner would have some interest in Starks. Give him Starks and Wilson for a lesser QB and a RB who will get more playing time.

Other option is probably something similar with Beckham. He's your biggest value. May have to trade him for a lesser WR and a RB. He should be able to get you a good RB in return. Because it's PPR, Bush and Sproles could have some value in that deep of a league so may not want to get rid of them.

I think I would drop Gerhart for a shot on LaFell, or maybe Marvin Jones. At least right now I can't see Gerhart having a ton of fantasy value. May steal some short yardage TDs but he's got to be at least 3rd on the depth chart, if not lower.

I know you probably don't want to trade Beckham, but he's the guy who could get you a big return with the right owner who is willing to overpay. Maybe you could do something similar with Calvin but OBJ is your most valued piece. Just have to make the trade count if you go that route...

Feel free to throw any trade offers you get in the forum and Brandon and I can give you our best opinion about what to do.

Man, you're in trouble.

If I were you, I would shop Russell Wilson to a team with a weak QB and depth at either RB or WR. If you could snag a WR2/3, I'd go for it. Then you can either roll with Winston or stream waiver QBs (what I would do in this situation).

Then, because all of your RBs are handcuffs except Blount, get in touch with all of the owners of players ahead on the depth chart. Shop them and see if you can upgrade a WR by pairing one of yours. For example, pair James Starks with Calvin in a trade with the Lacy owner for an RB2 and Flex play WR.

And last of all, drop Toby Gerhart for Marvin Jones.
