I dropped a DEF to grab McKinnon for $16 (great deal), but now I have no defense and no place on my bench to get one.
I don't want to drop either of this guys, but have to let go of one? I already have Stafford as my QB and 4-5 startable RBs, so no need at either position.
I'm okay dropping either player since I think Stafford is gonna be very good and Morris is really only valuable if Zeke gets hurt. If there are lots of QBs on your waiver wire, I'd probably just hold onto Morris, but if QBs are kind of scarce, I'd hold onto Tyrod.

I'd drop morris. Might as well wait to see if the new oc in Buffalo gets Tyrod back into 2015 form.
Morris is more of a handcuff than a candidate to eat into Elliot's carries in a significant way. I usually don't like rostering 2 QBs in general, so I'd be ok with dropping either of those guys. Of course, if you don't keep Taylor, you'll have to make another move when Stafford goes on a bye, so there's that to consider.
