In looking at the ROS rankings and listening to the latest POD cast there is what one would call mixed messages. T. Williams is #25, G. Tate is #30 and T. Montgomery is #32 . I wrote in a previous post that I was considering a WW addition of T. Montgomery as J. P indicated that Montgomery should have been added last week implying he was a must add as G Bay will continue to use him as VS the Bears. He also indicated the J. Williams was more likely going to be the WR #1 in the SD offense going forward. In previous POD casts G. Tate was a wait and see prospect who put up 90 yards last game VS Washington. Williams is a rookie in a good situation, Tate is a proven commodity in previous years off to a slow start and Montgomery is a likely double digit candidate in both rushing and receiving for the next 4-5 games possibly more as G Bay has no other options. So why is he ranked the lowest?

I can't speak for John, but I think because Tate's job is more secure than Ty's, it would make sense to have him higher on a ROS ranking. However, we don't always think like that when we're making fantasy decisions. Sometimes a few weeks of very good value is better than the rest of the season with average value. You know what I mean?

I would probably look to add Ty over Tate right now, knowing that Green Bay could make changes to the roster or the offense that might limit his value if he stops getting looks in the run game.
