Is it crazy for me to think Rob Kelley from Washington has a legitimate chance to be Washington's #1 RB this year? What do you think his upside is?
Not at all. Seems like he's an injury away... I've read a lot about this and it seems like even Chris Thompson admits he's not a backup, and knows his role as a change of pace and third down back. So if something happens to Jones, right now Kelley is the guy. Seems to be a few interesting situations around the league like this, teams have a nice starter and third down back, but when the starter goes down there are some relatively unknown names who appear to be next in line for work.
