You guys have Reggie Bush ranked at RB41 in PPR. All the hype out of Santa Clara seems to be focused on one of the other RBs on that roster (Hyde with his high ADP, the Hayne circus, and even some Kendall Hunter news). I've done my best to gather every scrap of information about Reggie, but it seems that the best of my efforts have just resulted in constant replays of one body slam tackle.

I'm well aware that Reggie's floor is non-existent this season, but can you give me an idea of what we can expect his 95th percentile ceiling to be? Are his legs still there at the age of 30? Does he look good on film/practice? Is he physically capable of handling a 200+ touch season in the unlikely circumstance that there's RB attrition in SF? Any other thoughts on his potential upside? Thanks!

Bush is always a health risk, but when he's on the field, he's at least reasonably productive. His value in a PPR comes from the fact that he's always been a very productive receiver out of the backfield. Hype is hype, but Bush was brought in to be a versatile playmaker for the 49ers during the regular season, and he's likely to get looks in the passing game as long as his health permits. I would expect big things out of him, but 41 in a PPR makes sense to me, while he loses a little value in a standard. I'd say 100 carries, 50 catches, and six touchdowns would be his ceiling, with the likely numbers ending up somewhere around 900 cumulative yards and three scores, with 30-40 catches.
