I have Rivers and Winston. Schedule for Rivers isn't great over the next two weeks (I've clinched so am more concerned with Week 14), but then gets better for 15/16 (Den, KC, MIA, OAK). Winston has the Saints in Week 14 which could cover that that KC match-up well. Stafford is available on waivers and his schedule isn't bad except for week 14 (GB, STL, NO, SF). Which way would you go:
1. Pick up Stafford and drop Winston (likely use Stafford vs STL in Week 14)?
2. Leave Stafford on waivers/stand pat (likely use Winston vs NO in Week 14)?
3. Pick up Stafford and temporarily hold three until Week 14?

Thanks!

I think I'd still stand pat as well. I'm fine I'm fine with your QB situation and would rather hang on to Martin in case he emerges now that he's getting healthy. I think he may be more valuable than a handcuff or a backup tight end. Like Scott says, I like Winston's closing schedule.

I think you can play Winston vs. the Saints and be perfectly fine. Then use Rivers in playoffs if that's shaping up how you like it. I don't think you need 3 QBs but it would also depend on who you would drop to get him and hold him.

I would trust Winston a little more than Taylor I think. I'd lean on standing pat. If anything, maybe grab Stafford for insurance for Rivers and not quite focus as much on Week 14. Just in case something happens to Rivers. There maybe it makes some sense to keep 3, but again, depends on who you would be dropping to add the third QB.

Thanks - I'd be dropping Keshawn Martin...already have LaFell. Basically would use that spot for a back up TE to Gates or a handcuff for AP or Ivory. Change the opinion?

Noticed that Taylor is on waivers, so could swap Winston for him...or if I drop Winston it would at least give me a couple streaming options for week 14 (BUF vs PHI) rather than holding three for the next two weeks. Thanks again!
