I am in a $200 Cap AV league using NFL.com Auction Values, std scoring and no flex. I have A.Brown, O Beckham Jr. and D. Johnson totaling $174. I also have K. Cousins valued at $3, add a kicker and a defense plus a bye week K or def leaves me $20 to fill 8 remaining roster spots. hard to get a decent RB2 or a top 10 TE with no cash. Have made a trade proposal to swap Odell for D. Hopkins to pick up $15 as NFL.com has his pt. projections at 164, considerably lower than J. P.'s so I am ok with it. I have another possibility as another team owner needs a WR and has A. Rogers to trade. They also have M. Ingram so I thought about O Beckham Jr for Rogers and Ingram as their Auction values are the same as Odell's. Still leaves me with only $20 cap space but have a top 3 QB and a top 10 RB #2. Not sure if they will bite but wondering what ya all think about either one. Thanks

I don't hate either one, but it's hard to give up OBJ. I probably like the Rodgers/Ingram trade a little more since you're getting added players instead of just taking a hit at the WR spot. And both players are probably going to cost more than the $15 pickup you'd get from Hopkins, which makes it a little more valuable to me. I like Cousins for $3 also.

I would target high risk/reward guys for a couple spots (Jay Ajayi, Reggie Bush, Derrick Henry, Josh Gordon, Torrey Smith, Travis Benjamin, Tavon Austin) if they end up going as cheaply as I've seen, and then a couple steady under-appreciated guys like Shane Vereen, Rashad Jennings, Markus Wheaton, DeSean Jackson to help mitigate the costs of filling out your roster. Depending how much you think they'll go for in your league, you might not NEED to make the move.
