I think I would go Buffalo for sure being at home. Not sure how much it makes sense to go Houston, but I may do that and assume this is going to be a low scoring game with both teams not really exciting on offense. Giants, I think, rebound on offense after last week and maybe do some damage vs. Jets. But I can see you maybe wanting to go Jets/Bills rather than two the same game.
