Carr is tough to figure out, because he seems to play well against bad matchups and less so against good matchups. Against a tough Chiefs pass defense, all the signs point to Eli, but then again, Carr has been defying logic. I think I'd feel pretty safe with either of them honestly, but Eli remains a safer option that I'd probably side with.

Oddly, I think Miller is the odd man out. Nice matchup and I like him, but those other guys have even better matchups and should get a full workload.

I think Eli is kind of an average option this week. He faces a tough Jets D, but he's been solid enough this year overall (3 picks last week aside), that I think he's a pretty safe option each week. If you have someone with a little more upside, I'd go another route, but he's a nice safe option that I'd feel comfortable starting.
