I'm in a 12 team league with 2 RB, 3 WR starting. The league is unique in that the champion is declared after 14 weeks. The champion is simply whoever has scored the most points through 14 games. I like this as it shows total skill vs. hoping that you do well in the playoffs.
Anyway, that brings me to Bell... in this format is he worth drafting at #7 overall? I can possibly get Deangelo Williams as well or a high-end RB3-type to fill in for three weeks. It seems like a viable strategy, yes? My other options I'm considering there are DeAndre Hopkins and Lamar Miller.

I like Bell, especially if you can lock up Williams at a reasonable slot. I think I'd probably personally go with Hopkins or Miller (in that order), but I don't have a problem with you using Bell in that league format instead if that's who you really want to roll with. the injuries and bad decisions make me a little more nervous about Bell than Hopkins or Miller.
