I think you at least have to give it a week and see how the team uses him with Forte back. I hear he'll be more involved but that's kind of open-ended as to what it really means. So that's how I'd play it - if at all possible. Could always try to trade Langford to the Forte owner but that - for me depends on what you can get and where each of stand in the standings. Wouldn't want that to come back and bite you.
