I'm a big fan of Zero RB and have been doing it for the last two years, I have Antonio Brown and D Hop as keepers in the 9th and 5th rounds respectively and will snag AJ Green at 1.01. With three potential top 5 receivers already should I abandon my Zero RB preference and grab a duo like Dion Lewis and CJ Anderson at the 2/3 turn? Or wait until 4-7 rounds for my first RB's?

I think it depends what you see left available when 2/3 turn comes. If the list of RBs on your board looks deep enough that you think you can wait until 4-7, go for it. You can always grab a nice TE or QB if there is something there you like better at 2/3, or even another WR if you're able to play more than 3. It all really depends on the talent and value that ends up being there. Definitely keep both options open for those picks so you're prepared either way.
