Tough choices... For me, it's between the two RBs. It's hard for me not to say Bell, but we have Miller our #2RB so if the suspension worries you a bit maybe go Miller.
If there are no restrictions in your league and you can keep these guys without any cost as many years as you want, I would go Bell.
