What kind of ranking/prediction would he receive if on a team and not suspended?
I don't think RB2 is going to be an issue for you with the combo of Arian/Ajayi. We'll find out which one is better, but I think you'll get an RB2 out of that.
I like Cousins a lot more than most this year and I don't think you need to do that trade to get Palmer. I like Crabtree better than Powell, and as your 4th WR, he's a nice plug-and-play option on your roster who you might need if White and Dorsett don't pan out.
I would assume based on what he did last year he would be among the better backup RB options and a guy who would probably get enough touches for a deep league at least. That's in a perfect world where he wasn't suspended of course.
I think in a PPR I'd rather have Powell. As for the trade, I don't think I'd do that. I kind of like the Raider offense this year so I think Crabtree has more value and will just see more time on the field. Now, if you have Forte, maybe a different story. And if Crabtree is like your 5th or 6th WR, then I might feel better about that deal.

The trade I would propose is Cousins and Crabtree for Palmer and Powell.
Kind've a coin flip I have the 2nd spot on waivers so I can pick up almost anyone for week 1 streaming. Cousins also had a good finish to last year and healthy targets for now.
Crabtree is my wr4 behind Aj, Keenan, TY, also have Kevin white and Dorsett.
2 WR, 2 rb, 1 flex
Currently have Latavius, Duke, Arian, Ajayi, and Washington at rb and Walker at TE.
Glaring weekness is QB and rb2 (maybe)
Would you prefer him over Bilal Powell and would you trade Crabtree for Powell?
