I'm in an auction draft with a budget of $300 and when I imported all my information the values are really low for the top tier guys. the top 3 RBs in my league will go for a little $100-$112 and the sheet says$80-90 and the same goes for QB and WR.

Use it to evaluate value, and also use it to plan. I usually assign 75-85% of my cap to my starters (some people go as high as 90%) by assigning however much I think I can spend on each position (i.e. 25% for RB1, etc.) then that allows me to identify value in the draft.

Sometimes you have to overpay to get the guy you want, but our cheat sheet lets you know the dollar amount that we think is very reasonable in constructing a roster.

A good strategy I like is to nominate top players that I do NOT want on my roster, hoping others will bid up on them. This year, I'm nominating top QB's early and watching other owners pay a ton for Andrew Luck and Aaron Rodgers, while I grab guys like Eli and Winston late for minimum deals.

Planning out your roster early using the cheat sheet will help you know where you can overpay and where you can get great value.
