Hi ive got a 12 team standard league with 6pt passing TDs (1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 1 Flex and 1 Def) where there are -2 points for sacks and Def gets 1 pt for every 10 yards on punt and kickoff returns on top of the normal scoring for points and yardage allowed.

How would this effect your QB rankings and for Defensive scoring would this make Philly or the Chiefs Def top or would you stick with the standard Def projections?

Thanks

Oh man, I feel like that QB thing is a really tough one. I think most of it is kind of personal accounting, rather than a setting for our custom rankings, since sacks is something that's a little harder to project. I know that Ryan Tannehill takes a step back in the rankings in that situation, as does Blake Bortles and Matt Ryan. I would definitely take that into consideration for tie breakers and close rankings, but I don't know that it moves anyone too far down the list.

I think from a defensive side of the game, move Atlanta up out of the basement a little bit, and Carolina could surprise now that they have Ted Ginn back again, and even Jordan Todman if he wins the KR job like he had in Jacksonville. Dallas takes a step back until we know what they have in the return game now that Dwayne Harris is in New York, and I like the Eagles and Chiefs better, like you said. I think I'd still put Seattle on top, but I might slide the Eagles and Chiefs into the top 10, and would put the Rams at #2 probably.
